Known for being one of the “100 People You Must Know In Asia” according to the Malaysian Tatler, photographer Kid Chan who also worked with his wife Shirlyn, quickly became a household name in the wedding industry. Behind the scenes, they struggled to find the balance between building their careers and building their relationship as a young married couple. Kid Chan and Shirlyn have been married for 17 years now. In this interview they share their story of how communication had dwindled between them without them even realising, and how they managed to seek support, understand each other better, and now recognise that marriage is a life-long journey of learning.
